Yesterday started out like any other normal day. Only when i entered college did i realise that it was Teacher's day. This day did have an importance in my life earlier, what with my mom and 3 of my grandparents being teachers. Also, few of my teachers in school/college did have a great impact in my life.
But yesterday, it was a whole new feeling. I was on the other side. It did feel weird but in a nice way. As I was climbing stairs to go to my room, students called out my name to wish me. It was so sweet of them. Also, they had organized some games for us, it was fun.
I always had a nagging doubt about my change in profession. Did I take the correct decision? Am I not too young to be teaching these 'kids'? Is it worth leaving an IT job and joining this? Well, I am getting answers to all these slowly. And I am very happy that i realized very soon that I wasn't made for IT industry.
